Kano state government has pledged to pay the medical bills of victims of the anti fuel subsidy removal protests.
Four people have been killed while 30 were injured, 18 of them with gunshot wounds.
The Commissioner for Health Dr. Abubakar Labaran Yusuf gave the pledge while visiting the victims at the Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital and Muhammad Abdullahi Wase Hospital in Kano metropolis.
Dr. Abubakar Yusuf said he was happy that all patients were responding well to treatment.
