An industrialist, Alhaji Mustapha Karaye Ibrahim says there is the need to develop strategic plan to revive the economy through agriculture.
Alhaji Mustpha Ibrahim made the statement during an interactive programme on Freedom Radio “Barka da Hantsi”.
He said government should embark on land scheme in the north with a view to change the traditional system of farming that no longer sustain the population of people in the north.
He also called for support in the areas of cash crop production and mechanized farming by government and wealthy individuals.
