Alhaji Ibrahim Idris said the suspect Babangida Salihu, an indigene of Jigawa state who owns some shops at Abubakar Rimi Market, Sabon Gari in the metropolis was mentioned during interrogation of other suspects in custody.

The police commissioner noted that some suspects have abandoned a bag around Sauna Kawaji by ‘Yankaba on sighting police patrol vehicle.

He added that the bag contained six AK-47 riffles, 723 live ammunitions, pistols and some improvised explosive devices.
