Governor Kwankwaso said the institute is one of 18 new schools planned by the government to provide employment to the youths.
In his remarks, Central Bank director of development Dr. Paul Eligwedwe said the bank will partner with the institute to promote micro and small enterprises in the state.
Government House correspondent, Auwal Sani Toro reports that the Minister of Youth Development Malam Bolaji Abdullahi applauded Kano state government for establishing the institute.
