Senate President David Mark has advocated  the sack of any civil servant who fails to conform to the tenets of the civil service.

Mr. Mark wais reacting to  information that out of 494 federal agencies, only 70 were up to date with their audited reports.

He said the government would not wait for eternity for people to continue to compromise standards.

The Senate President decried the non submission of annual report by the office of the Auditor General, saying this was totally unacceptable.

He gave the assurance that when the report was submitted, it would be reviewed, evaluated and made a public document.

Earlier, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Accounts, Sen. Ahmed Lawan, said that beginning from November, the Committee would publish names of all defaulting organisations.
