The emir of Kano Alhaji Ado Bayero has delivered his eid-el-Adha  message where he cautioned against fire hazards as the harmattan season sets in.

Alhaji Ado Bayero delivered the address on horseback at the Kofar Kwaru northern  entrance to his palace after performing the eid prayer at the Kofar Mata eid ground.

Correspondent Muhammad Harisu Kofar Nassarawa reports that the emir rode to and fro the eid ground on a horse drawn carriage and mounted a horse to deliver his address.

fear Allah and clean the environment

In the address, the emir urges Muslims to fear Allah and live in harmony with one another.

He also advises his subjuects to clean their environments to avoid spreading diseases.
